Penally of Five hundred Pounds To the Mayor Comonalby and Citzens of
the City of London

Hospitals of Edward late King of England the Sixth ChristBridewell
and
Saint Thomas the Apostle
with Condition these under Written that of the

should Account for the Money to be Received by him as,
Steward and Pay the same in such Manner and form as therein is partarly
Mentioned The said Bond to be void But the Comittee for Greatet Certainty
as to the Purportand Contents of the said Bond Crave Lease to referr thereto
