Vacancy of a Beadle declared
in the room of Darlington deced.}


At this Court the Vacancy of a Beadle was declared in the room of
Richard Darlington< no role > deceasedAnd at the same time the rest of the
Beadles desired to be removed According to their Seniority And that Lawrence
the Porters man may be junr. Beadles, It was Order'd Accordingly

Vacancy of a Porters Man declared

At this Court the Vacancy of a Porter Man was declared in the room of
William Lawrence< no role > removed to be junr Beadle .

Upon Reading a Report from the Comittee of his House dated the 2d. day of
April 1760 under the hands of John Wallington< no role > Esqr Trear Mr. Richard Sawle< no role > , John
Tuff
< no role > Esq Mr. Phil Grafton< no role > Mr. Jona Granger< no role > Henry Kynaston Southouse Southhouse< no role > Esq &
Mr Charles Hoyle< no role > as follows ViztIt appearing to the Comittee That very
Extraordinary Demands has been made upon this Hospital by the Clerk to the
Commissioners Acting under an Act of parliament passed in the 31st year of the
present King Intitled an Act of Dividing and Incloseing Certain Open & Commonfields
called Northleigh Common Fields and a Comon or Wast called Northleigh Heath
within the parish or Township of Northleigh in the County of OxfordIt is the
Opinion of this Committee That Application be made by the Petition to the Honourable
House of Commons in Order to Obtain such relief in the premisses as that Hou [..]
House in their Great Wisdem shall think justAll which is Nevertheless
Submitted to the Judgment of the Court And it is Order'd that this opinions be reported
to the CourtThis Court having duly weighed and Consider'd the said Report
doth Confirm the same with the following Variation Vizt. by Adding the Words
or otherwise next after the word petition and next before the Word to; And Doth refer it
back to the Committee to prepare and Settle a Petition And to Report their Opinion
thereon to the Court.

Mr. President Acquainted this Court That on the 6th. day of June 1758 the following
Order was made by the Court ViztThis Court being Informed that the Number of
Governors of these Houses is too Great. Doth Order that no more Governors be Nominated
untill the first Court after Lady day 1760And that a book where in the Governors who
had served Stewards and have now a right to Nominated is Mis laid and can not of
present be found. It is Ordered that the Nomination be postponed till the next court [..]
