setting forthThat he
proposes to take a Lease for 21 years with usual Covenants in Leases to the Govrs. Tenants
at Wapping of Two Messuages or Tenements situate on the West side of the
White Lyon Tavern in Wapping & to lay out the Sum of £200 in repairs & to
pay a Fine of £105. & the Ground of £4. for each House PAnnIt is
Ordered that the said proposalls be referred to the Comee of this House to
consider thereof & to make their Report to the Court.

That he purposes to take a Lease for 21 years with usual Covenants in
Leases to the Governors Tenants in Wapping of a Messuage or Tenement
wherein he now dwells situate & being near Wapping new Stairs
on the
South side of the Street
& to lay out £133. in repairs to pay a Fine of £50.
& a Ground Rent of £4It is Ordered that the said proposalls be
referred to the Comee of this House to consider thereof & to make their
Report theron to the Court.

Upon reading the humble Petition of the four Beadles & Portersman of this Hospital for
their usual Gratuitys of 40s a price in respect of the half year ending at Mids. last to that
their Salary are but small It is Ordered that the Clerk of these Hospitals go give and pay
unto them 40s a price to be allowed him in his next Account.
Basketmendo
Upon reading the humble Petition of the 3 Beadles or Basketmen of the Hospital of Bethlem for
their usual Gratuitys of 20s a peice in respect of the half year ending at Midsr. last for that their
Salarys are but small It is Ordered that the Clerk of these hospitals do give & payments
them 20s a peice to be allowed him in his next Account.
