Upon reading a Reylert from the Committee of this House bearing Date the 13th of Novr:
instant under the hands of Edward Holloway< no role > Esqr . Treasurer Dr . Richard Rawlinson< no role > : Mr.
Thomas Morris< no role > Mr. Charles Cotton< no role > and Mr. Gilbert Matches as follmer Esqr
The Several petitions of Hugh Patterson Richard Kept and Henry March< no role > for a Lease of
A Messuage in St Martins Lane Charing Cross now in Occupation of William Howard< no role > to
commence from Christmass next wish usual Covenants And to pay the Roat Quarterlyat
Bridewell Hospital having been read at the Comee the wth of last MonthAnd Mr
Morris and Mr. Cotton at the desire of that Comee having viewed the Premas and at last
Comee reported their Opinion that the same were worth £20 P And lease of TaxesThe
said Petition were again read at this Committee Vizt

Hugh Paterson< no role > for a Lease of 7 Years if the Governors repaired the Reman 20
but with Liberty (in giving 6 Months Notice) to quit the
premas at the end of 3 or 5 Years
& has wife Attending this Comee & being called in would
not altes the said Proposalls

Richard Kept for a Lease of 21 Years20
& he to pay the Taxes for the first Year only
who being called in at Commee 10 Octr. last said he wod. not give more
and being called at this Comee did not appear

Henry Marsh< no role > for a Lease of 21 Years clear of Taxes18
Or the Govr. paying the Taxes & he being allowed £10 the
first Year towards repaire}21

Who being called in at a Comee 10th Octr. last said be
would report it at his own Charge

And being called in at this Committee proposed to pay clear of Taxes19

And being called in a 2nd time proposed on his being allowed
£5 for repairs out of the first Rent to pay clear of Taxes}20

Whereupon this Comee having considered the said Several Petition and [..]
are of Opinion to accept the said Last proposal of the said Henry Marsh< no role > upon which he gave
a Guinea to the Poors Box All which nevertheless is submitted to the Judgment of the Court
And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the CourtThis Court
having duly weighed and considered the said Report doth confirm the same that
Order that a Lease be made to the said Henry Marsh< no role > accordingly
