Petr. being in arrears was ordered by the Govrs. and did agree sometime past to satisfy<lb></lb>
those arrears, by paying Quarterly the Rent of half a Year till the whole arrear<lb></lb>
should be fully paid but ye petr. not having been able to make inch payments &<lb></lb>
being now in arrear about three Years rent, Mr Acton the steward had caused the<lb></lb>
petrs. Goods to be destrained to satisfy the same which will be ye intire ruin of the<lb></lb>
Petr. unless come time longer be granted to satisfy the sameand praying the<lb></lb>
Govrs to grant him some further time for paymt. of his arrears of Rent or to give<lb></lb>
him such other Releif as to the Govrs. shall seem meetOrdered the said<lb></lb>
