a Lease of the White Lyon Tavern
in Wapping
(No. 6) the last Lease whereof
was lett to Elizabeth Fell Widow and expires at Michas 1736. for 21 years
to commence from the Expiration of the former Lease at the Rent of £5
P Ann clear of Taxes and to pay a Fine of £100. and to repair the premises
at his own ChargeThat her said Husband shortly after dyed before the
payment of the said Fine and before the said Lease was executed having first
made his Will and thereof appointed the Petr. sole Executrix
That she is
ready to pay the said Fine of £100. & to repair the premises and perform
her part of the said AgreementAnd praying that the said Lease may

Gibbon duly Elected And it is Ordered by this Court that the said Mr. Gibbon be
admitted Minister & Preacher of this Hospital & Precinct untill the next Election day
& that he do immediately late upon the dutys & services incident & belonging to the said
place & that he have the same Appartment in this Hospital which the former Preaches
here enjoyed.
