One Lease of another House in St. Martins Lane now in the occupation of
Edward Shepard< no role > Baker & was part of the Lease No. 5 abutting East upon the said
Lane West upon ground belonging to the said Hospital & let or agreed to be let to the said
John Price< no role > North upon a Publick House the Sign of the Golden Ball in the occupation
of Henry Kendel< no role > & South Part upon & Part over the Gateway leading from St.
Martins Lane into Chequer Yard & containing from North to South in Front towards
the said Lane 15 Foot 6 Inches & in the Rear front& in depth from East
to West on the South side 39 Foot 9 Inches & on the North side 37 foot 3 Inches &
containing a Room backward over the said passage

This Comittee having taken into consideration the foregoing Proposals of the
said Mr. Price for several Leases of Ground & Houses at Charing Cross which have been
viewd by several of the Gentleman present It is Opinion of this Comittee that the several
Leases therein mentioned be made to the said Mr. Price according to the said proposals whereupon
the said Mr. Price gave 3 Guineas to the Poors Box all which nevertheless is submitted,
to the Judgment of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the next
CourtThis Court doth confirm the said Report and Order that several
Leases be made to the said Mr. Price accordingly.
