Governors Elected


Upon reading a Report form the Comttee of this House bearing date the
27th. day of January last Setting forthThat in pursuance of an Order of Court
of the 15th. Instant this Comittee having considerd of the several Gentlemen following
who were nominated to the Governors of these Hospitals It is the opinion of this Comittee
That they are very Proper persons to be Governors if the Court shall think fit Vizt.

All which nevertheless is submitted to the Judgment of the Court And it is
Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the next CourtThis Court
doth elect the said Gentlemen to be Governors of these Hospitals And it is
Ordered that Staffs be sent to them accordingly.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Jon Netherway< no role > Weaver setting for the
That he servd his Apprenticeship to Obediah West< no role > Weaver one of the Artsmasters of
this Hospital by Indre dated ye. 7th. day of August 1723 and by an Order of Court of
ye 25th. of September 1730 he was on the third day of November last made free of
this City and is set up for himself in his said Tradeat Mr. Daniel Thompson< no role > 's
in Skinners Street near Norton Folgate And Mr. Treasurer reporting to
this Court That ye. Comittee of this House [..] ye. 20th. of January last inspected the Book
kept of Apprentices behaviour and found no Complaint against him It is Ordered
That Mr. Robert Hall< no role > Mr. John Bridge< no role > and Mr. Daniel Calcutt< no role >
three of the Governors of these Hospitals or any two of them be desird to inquire what ler
the said John Netherway< no role > be set up in his said Trade and of his hopefullness therein and
to make their Report to the next Court.

At this Court the Charge was read to Edward Hosier< no role > Esqr . as one of the
Governors of these Hospitals .
