And also to another Lease (No. 36.) made by the said Governors to the said Yorbery<lb></lb>
of a House and a Wharf to the Ditch Side abulling South on Nowby and a Stable at the<lb></lb>
South East Corner of King Edwards Street at the Rent of £12.10..P Annum<lb></lb>
which said last mentioned Lease also expird at Lady day 1727And the said<lb></lb>
Mr. Appleby being also intitled to another Lease (No. 37.) in the said Precinct of<lb></lb>
two Houses the Crooked Billett, the other the next House Northward or part of it <lb></lb>
at the Rent of £4. P Ann which said last mentiond Lease will expire at Christmas<lb></lb>
1731.He desired the Governors would grant him a new Lease of the<lb></lb>
Woodyard and premes comprized in the said Lesae (No. 31) Except the empty house<lb></lb>
untill Christmas 1731. and proposd to give for the same a Five of £40. and the old<lb></lb>
Rent of £10. P AnnAnd also to have a new Lease of the House and<lb></lb>
Wharf and premises comprized in the said Lease (No. 36) until Christmas 1731.<lb></lb>
for which he proposd to give a Five of £40. and the old rent of £12..10..P Ann<lb></lb>
Whereupon this Comittee having taken the said proposals into Consideration<lb></lb>
and the said Mr. Appleby having withdrawn and being agen called in to amend his<lb></lb>
proposal He offerd to give a Fine of £45. for the said Lease (No.31) and a Fine <lb></lb>
of £50. for the said Lease No. 36This Comittee are of opinion to accept<lb></lb>
of the said proposal and accordingly to grant him a new Lease of the premises comprizd<lb></lb>
in the said Lease No. 31. Except ye. empty house and a now Lease of the Premisses<lb></lb>
Compriz'd in the said Lease No. 36. both to expired at Christmass 1731Whereupon<lb></lb>
the said Mr. Appleby gave two Guineas to ye. Peers Box And it is orderd' that this<lb></lb>
opinion be reported to ye. next Court All which nevertheless is submitted to ye. Judgmt.<lb></lb>
of ye. CourtThis Court Doth Confirm the said Report and Order<lb></lb>
that 2 Lease be made to the said Mr. Appleby accordingly.</p>
