Upon reading a Report dated this day under the hands of Mr Stephen
Beckingham
< no role > & Mr Samuel Stanton< no role > two of the Governor s of these
hospitals That in persuance of an Order of Court of the 21st. of Aprill
Last they have made Inquiry and do find that Thomas Coles< no role > who Served his
apprenticeship in this Hospital is sett up for himselfe in ye Trade of a
weaver and has the Character of a Diligent Sober man It is Ordered
that the Steward of this hospital do give and pay unto ye said Thomas
Coles
< no role > Ten pounds out of Mr Locks Gift

Nicoll

That in persuance of an Order of Court of the 21st. of Aprill last
they have made Inquiry and do find that Thomas Joseph< no role > who Served
his Apprenticeship in this Hospital is Settup for himselfe in the Trade
of an hempdresser and has the Character of a diligent Sober man It
is Ordered that ye Steward of this Hospital do give and pay unto
the said Thomas Joseph< no role > Ten Pounds out of Mr Lock's Gift.

any of ye Said Stewards elected decline or Refuse the same, the Clerk is
to Supply the number in Course.

to be removd & Cordwell not
to hear any Lease thereof


Upon Reading a Report from the Comee of this house bearing date ye 26th. Aprill last vizt.
The Comee viewed the old Church Yard and considered of Cordwells Petition and are of opinion
the Ground was formerly Consecrated and that no Lease Should be granted of
any part thereof but finding a Shedd built upon part thereof and other part
Converted into a Garden and Several Doors made into the Church Yard &
other Incroachments The Comee are of opinion that all these Incroachments
Should be removed and the whole Ground laid open and reserved only for
the use to which it is appropriated this Court haveing duely weighed and
Considered the said Report doth Confirm ye same
