Upon Reading a Report from the Comee of this house bearing date ye 26th. Aprill last vizt.
The Comee viewed the old Church Yard and considered of Cordwells Petition and are of opinion
the Ground was formerly Consecrated and that no Lease Should be granted of
any part thereof but finding a Shedd built upon part thereof and other part
Converted into a Garden and Several Doors made into the Church Yard &
other Incroachments The Comee are of opinion that all these Incroachments
Should be removed and the whole Ground laid open and reserved only for
the use to which it is appropriated this Court haveing duely weighed and
Considered the said Report doth Confirm ye same
