of the Artsmasters of this hospital) was upon complaint of his Sd. Mar
committed by the Rt. Worshippll the president to labor at the Hempblock &
being brought before this Court his Sd. Mar was called in Who Alledged
that his said apprentice was bound to him ye 27th Augt. last and had
Spoiled his work Several times on purpose & ran away last Tuesday
Sennight Which the Sd. Leonard did not deny but promised he would
behave himselfe well for the future and would not run away agen
nor Spoil his work any more and thereupon he was ordered to return
to his Master

Upon reading a Report dated the 31th day of this Instant Octor under
the hands of Mr. William Lee< no role > and Mr. John Furnese< no role > two of the
Governor of these hospital that in persuance of an Order of Court of
the 26th day of Septemr. Last they have made enquiry and do find that
John Hazel< no role > (who Served his apprenticeship in the hospital it Sett
up for himselfe in the Trade of a weaver and hath
The Character of a diligent Sober man. It is Ordered that the
Steward of this hospital do give and pay unto ye Said John Hazle< no role >
Ten pounds out of Mr. Lock's Gift
