<p n="1909">Lowest offer that has been made to the Comittee Therefore the<lb></lb>
Comittee Ordered the said Cordwell to proceed to do the Same<lb></lb>
And This Comee in pursuance of an Order of Court of the<lb></lb>
23d. of June Last haveing agreed with Mr Mayne to accept<lb></lb>
Four Hundred pounds to discharge him of His Lease and<lb></lb>
Covenants (As appears by their Report confirmed by the Court<lb></lb>
the 15th. day of July Last) which Sume he has Since paid<lb></lb>
to the Treasurer So that the Governours are to Rebuild that House<lb></lb>
And this Comee haveing also caused a model to be<lb></lb>
prepared of the Four Houses to be Rebuilt over the said Vaults<lb></lb>
in Fowks Court and a Draught of the Scantlings of Timber &<lb></lb>
other Particulars which the Comee Judged proper for the building<lb></lb>
and Finishing thereof Copys of which particulars were delivered<lb></lb>
to Several Workmen who made proposeals theron The<lb></lb>
Said Mr. Cordwell proposed to build the said Houses or any one<lb></lb>
or more of them From the Flatt and Finish the Same according<lb></lb>
to the Said modell and particulars at Fifty Five Pounds P<lb></lb>
Square the whole being thirty five square & three quarters<del>Square</del>
<lb></lb>
Will amount in all to £1966-5- And this being the Lowest<lb></lb>
proposeal that has been offered to the Comee This Comee<lb></lb>
are of Opinion to accept of the Said Edward Cordwells<lb></lb>
proposeal which nevertheless is Submitted to the Judgment of<lb></lb>
the CourtThis Court doth Confirme the Said Report<lb></lb>
