Alsoe upon reading to this Court a Report from the Comee
of this House dated the eight day of Febry last under the Hands of
Mr Alderman Cass Trear Clare Windham< no role > Esqr . Nathaniell Manlove< no role >
Esqr . Mr Benjamin Tudman< no role > Mr. John Cottle< no role > five of the Governors
of these Hospitals in these Words Vizt. This Comee in pursuance of an
order of Court made the 17th. day of July 1709 haveing view'd the
premisses in the precinst which Mr Charles Breame now holds under
a Lease thereof made by the Governors of this Hosptial to Mrs Anne
Breame
< no role > for 44 yeares from Midsummer 1669 wch. will expire at
Midsumer 1713 under the rent of £92.10 P Ann mr Breame
Attended this Day and after several proposals agreed to take a
New Lease of the same Prmises for 41 yeares at the yearly Rent
of £100 to Comence from Michas last and to pay 20 Guineas as
a fine and thereupon Gave a Guinea to the poores Box and this
Comee haveing Considered thereof are of opinion that upon
Mr Breams Surrendring the said Former Lease and paying
20 Guineas a fine A New Lease be granted him of the said
