by the Auditors of the Accounts of these Hospitals to Mr. Treasurer

Also the Clarke Reported That he had according to the
Order of this Court retained Sr. Simon Harcourt< no role > for and on
the behalfe of this Hospital in the matter depending
in the Court of Queens Bench between the parishes of
St. Margaretts Westmr . and St. Martins in the Feilds in relacon
to the Widdow and Children of one William Jarman< no role > who
Served his apprentice in this Hospital and that upon
Argueing of the matter by Counsell on both sides the said
Court of Queens Bench was of Opinion that the said
William Jarman< no role > had not gained any Settlement here
by haveing Served his Apprentpp in this Hospital
