Also upon reading the Report of Mr. Edward Norman< no role > and Mr
Joseph Lawrence< no role > two of the Governors. of these Hospitals that upon Enquiry
they doe find that Nathaniel Whittimore< no role > (who Served his apprentishipp
wth. one of the Artsmasters of the said Hospital of Bridewell and has
been since made a Freeman of this Citty by Order of this Court) is sett
up for himselfe in his Trade of a Weaver in Skinners Street in the parish
of Bishoppgate and hath the Report of an honest carefull man & a good
husband Itt is Ordered by this Court That Mr Treasurer doe give and
pay unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts of Mr Lock & Mr. Fowkes gift to be
allowed Mr. Treasurer in his next Account.

Also Itt is Ordered by this Court that noe Fee for the future shall be
allowed to or taken by the Presidents Clarke on a Patients name being Entred
in the Minute Book at Bethlem by Order of the Comee there in order for the
Admitting any Patient into the said Hospital of Bethlem
