for the City of London And building wth an even Range
from the Blewcoate Alehouse to her now new building
wch. will be Setting back about three foot And the
Back houses in Workman like Manner wth Brick
wth Usuall Covenants as are in her former Lease
And a New covenant to be Added That in case the
Hospll. shall be Inclined to build the prmisses into an
other forme then the sd. New Lease so to be granted as
above to be Surrendred and she the sd. Isabell Finch
her Exos Admos or Assignes to have an allowance
as by Arbitrats to be accutually Chosen shall be
Awarded as is appointed in the Leases Lately lett by the
Govos of the sd. Hospll of Bethlem to other their Tents
there All wch this Comittee never the less Submitt to
the Judgemt. of this Court And this Court haveing
duely Weighe and considred the sd. Report do confirme
the same Accordingly And the sd. Mrs. Finch being
prsent in Court consented thereto and gave a Guinna
to the Poors Box

Mr Fowkes trust to bee
assigned to new Trustees

Also this Court being Informed by the Clerk of these
Hospll.That Mr. Jno. Fowke< no role > late of Clayberry in the
County of Essex Gent . deced Die by his Will bearing
date the 22d Day of Octobr. 1682 (amongst other things)
Give devise and bequeath to Sr Wm. Turner< no role > Knt . and
Aldran of the City of London their Prsedent Danl.

Henry Lewis< no role > Isaac Lambert< no role > Jno. Bland< no role > and Thos.
Gardiner
< no role > four of the then Govors of these Hospll. and
their heirs and Assignes for ever In Trust and for the
Use of these Hosptl All those four Messages or Tenems
wth. the Appurtences in Fowks Court in Tower street
London And also a Lease to be held of the Mayor
Coralty and Citizens of the sd. City of London Good of
the Bridge and Bridge house London and the Revenne
thereof for the Remainder of the Terme of fifty Six
Years then to come and unexpired on the Trust as
aforesaid and by his sd. Will hee did appoint if husd.
