This Comittee being mett in persuance of an Order
of 30th of June 1704 whereby it is Referred to them to
See what Wainscotting and Repairs have been made
and laid out by Capn. Danll. Tilden< no role > and Mr. Henry
Burlace
< no role > in their houses in Fowkes Court and upon it
Termes they ought to Seal their Leases And upon
Viewing the Prmisses and adviseing wth their Workmen
now Prsent do find That the Sd. Capn. Tilden hath
laied out and Expended money in the Wainscotting
and Repairing of the Prmisses in his posson and yt
the sd. Henry Burlace< no role > hath laid out & Expended a
considerable Sume of mony in the Wainscotting &
repairing of the Prmisses in his posson In consideracon
whereof this Comittee are of opineon That the sd. Capn.
Tilden have a Lease of the Prmisses for Eleaven Years from
Michas last past at £26 P Ann wth such covents as are in
other leases of houses in the same Court And yt the sd. Henry
Burlace
< no role > have the like lease for the like Terme and the [..]
Covts as above they Severally Scheduleing the sd Wainscott Mr
Hearths Gally Tiles Sincks Water pipes locks keys & other things
leave the Same fixed to the Prmisses at the End thereof All wch the
Court doth confirme Accordingly

Also this Court being Informed by one of
the Govors of this Hospll. That it is the Desire of
Mr. Jno. Kensey< no role > the Steward of this Hospll. That
dureing the Illness of him the said Jno. Kensey
One Mr. Jno. Buckler< no role > may be Pmitted to receive
th Rents of the Hospll. of Bridewell under
the said Mr. Jno. Kensey And this Court being
Informed of the Fittness and ability of the said
Jno. Buckler< no role > for that Employ are Willing to
Pmitt thereof hee the said Jno. Kensey takeing
good Security from the said Jno. Buckler< no role > for
his due Pformance thereof
