Also Upon the humble Peticon of Martha Phillips< no role >
Widow adudx of her late husband William Phillips< no role > deced
Setting forth That her said late husband Renewed the lease of
four tenements in Old Bethlem for 31 years from Michas
1677 at the rent of £21:13:04 and £200 Fine wherein there
is about 3 years to come and did also Renew the lease of
other tenements in Old Bethlem for 33 years from Michas
1682 at £25:6s:08 rent and £150 Fine and did then disburse
£120 in New building of the prmisses And further setting
forth that she being advised to lay out about £20 in the repair
of other part of the prmisses the better to enable her to Lett ye
same at an Improved rent But upon repaireing the same
she was necessitated to lay out £400 at least to make the
same tenantable And praying that this Court upon consider-
-acon of her unexpected Charge and that the rents in that
place are fallen above halfe since she removeing of Bethles
house, would be pleased to make some further addicon of
years to her said lease Or an abatement of rent It is
thereupon referred to John Drigue< no role > Esqr Mr Eass Mr
Norman Mr Dancer Mr Depty Coles Mr Fra: Smith< no role > John
Turvin
< no role > Esqr . Capt Warburton Mr Shelton and Mr Cheshire
to Inspect the Prmisses and to treat with the said Mr Phillips
touching an abatement of rent or granting to her an addiccon
of years to her said former leases upon such terms and
condicons as shall be thought meet and most for the benefit
of the said Hospitall And to make Report thereof to this
Court.

Also It is Ordered by this Court That from henceforth
the Name of every Benefactor shall Imediately after receipt
of the guift or legacy be putt up in the proper place amongst
the rest of the Benefactors.
