Comittees Report abt
houses at Mile End :

Also a Report being made to this Court by Mr Trear Gardiner
Mr Rous Mr Warburton Mr Danncer.

That 5 small houses at Mile End belonging to the Hospll of Bethlem
late in the possession of One Gage-11-who was Run away and left
the same Empty are very Old and Ruinous And that the same must
be Rebuilt wch would cost a considerable Sume of money And that It was
the Opinion of the sd Comitee That It would be most for the Interest and
benefitt of these Hosplls. that the same should be sett out upon a long lease
upon some reasonable Fine and a small rent If a Tenant could be had upon those
termes rather then for the Hospll to Rebuild the same This Court
