This Court being Informed by their Clock that thereis
five and thirty pounds being one whole years arreare of [..]
due to the Hospll. of Bethlem at Michas last from Sr Richd
Levett
< no role > late Tenant for the Warehouses under Bethlem sd
his lease expired And that the said Sr Richard hold the sd
Warthouses till the 20th of Octo: last and she halfe thereof till
the 23th Novr last For wch thos frequent applicacon had been
made to him, yet he refused to allow any thing for the same
but offered to pay the said one years rent In case he might
have a full discharge for the whole from the Hospll where
-upon It is Ordered by this Court that Mr Bull and Mr Cottle
together wth the Clerk of these Hosplls: do attend the said Sr
Richd Lovett< no role > for the same And for an allowance for the sd time he
hols the sd Warthouse after his lease expired and what the Govr.
shall do in the Pr misses is to be conclusive to all partys And is an
they cannot come to a Finall Agreemt wth the sd Sr Richd they are to
