Whereupon and upon long debate of he matter and hearing
what could be Insisted on on all sides This Court doth think:
sitt and Order That all matters in difference betweene the said
Mary Mount< no role > and this Hospll be referred to the sd Sr Gabll.
Roberts< no role > and St Gilbert Healhcote to Examine State and Settle
all accounts and differencies betweene the sd Partys since the
said year 1696 And in case they cannot agree Then they the sd.
Sr Gabriell Roberts and Sr Gilbert Heathcote< no role > to choose and Impire
Which Settlemt and award either by the sd Arbitrators or by
the said Empire is to be made on or before Midsomer day
next ensueing and is to be conclusive to all partys The said
Mary Mount being now Prsent in Court and conseting thereto,
