of a certaine warehouse under Bethlem Hospll at the rent of £35

Prmisses are much out of repaire in the Flooring and
elsewhere And praying that a Comtee night be appointed to
view the sd Prmisses and treat with the said Mr Levett for a
new Lease thereof on such termes as shall be agreed on
between them It is hereby Referred to the now monthly Comtee
of the Hospll of Bethlem to take the said Mr Levetts proposalls and to make Report
thereof to this Court.
