Also Mr Trear Gardiner reported from the Comittee
of this house that the Sume of Fifteen Hundred pounds
of the moneys belonging to these Hospitals had been
lately laid out in the purchaseing of the ground rent of
Riche's Court in Lyme Street of the value of Sixty
pounds per Anun for the benefitt of the Hospital of
Bethlem And that One hundred Guineas part of the
said purchase money was the late liberal benefaction
of the Right Worshippll Sr Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knt .
Aldrem of this Citty and President of these Hospitals
for which the yearly Sume of Five Pounds is by the
purchase Deed reserved out of the said rent to be
forever applyed for and towards the repairs of the said
hospital of Bethlem at the free gift of the said Sr. Thomas
Rawlinson
