Mr Justice Tully Mr: Parson's Mr. Tirwhitt & Mr. Cliffe or any
two of them be desired to make Enquiry of the sd. Robert
Colcombe whether he be for sett up in his sd. trade & of
his hopefullness therein & to report their opinion to this
Court
