affaires and buisyness thereof The Thanks of this Court
are here given to the sd. Sr . Gabrll. Roberts< no role > for the same

Also this Court proceeding to the Election of a Trearer
in the place of Daniel Baker< no role > Esqr . late Trearer of these hospll:
deced And Mr Depty. Gardiner Mr Depty. Fazakerley Mr Depty
Brerewood and Mr Weston [..] Governors of these hosplls:
being nominated therefor It appeared plainly by plurality
of hands That the sd. Mr Depty: Gardnier is thereunto duely and
unanimously Elected Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court
That the sd. Mr Depty. Gardnier be Trear of these hosplls: who
being here prsent and upon the request of the Court
accepting the same The Thanks of this Court are here given
to the sd. Mr Deply. Gardnier for his acceptance thereof

this Court That Thomas Martin< no role > one of the Beadles & Charles,
Vaughan
< no role > the Porters man of this hospll: were by warrt. from the
Rt. honoble: the Ld: Mayor of this Citty comitted to the Compter for
a high misdemeanor but yt. his Lordpp had been pleasd to
discharge them upon his worpps request and to referr the
Examiacon of the matter of their sd. offence and the punishmt:
thereof this Court And this Court having heard the same
and receiving one Accot: yt. the sd. Martin had always behaved
himself dilligently in the Service of this hospll: And yt. this is his
first Offence and he humbly begging this Court would
Excuse the same promising never to give any cause of
complaint for the future This Court doe think fitt to comply
therewth. And doe Ordr. That he be Excused accordingly But
the sd. Vaughan having formrly, beene complained of to this
Court for wch. he has been Severall times reprimanded and
Excused on his promise of good behaviour for the future This
Court doe now Order That the sd. Vaughan shall be and hereby
is for this said his former offence turn'd out of the Service of this
Hospll And further That he doe forthwith deliver up the Keys
thereof wth. he accordingly did & was then told he was Discharged
from the Service of the said hopll
