the Ballance thereof the Sum of £106: or there able but the petr.
being advised Severall Hones in the sd Accot. ought not be allowed
by her as Charges upon the Sd. Mr. Monox She severall times
applyed to this Court to have the same reviewed And Severall
Comittees were appointed for yt. purpose who alwayes
reported their oppinions that the same ballance ought
not to be Altered Soe yt. now the Petr. is satisfyed & willing
to allow the same out of the money in Mr Trears hands wth:
was found by him in the Publick Office Whereupon Itt is Ordred:
by this Court that Mr Trear doe Deduct out of the sd. Moneys
the said Sume of £106 and then pay the remainder thereof
to the Petr. for the Use of the children of the sd Lancellott
Monox
< no role > And this Court being Informed That three of the
Children of the Sd. Mr. Monox are dead since the making the
sd Order [..] in the yeare 1690 [..]
Doe think fitt and soe Ordr. That that part of the said Order
whereby the sd Sume of £100 is to be paid and laid out for the
use of the sd. Children Shall be discharged and made said
As if the same had never been made And the same is
hereby discharged accordingly.

But this Court being alsoe Informed That the sd: Mary
Monox
< no role > & John Monox< no role > the two Surviving Children of the sd.
Lancellott Monox< no role > are unprovided for, is a very meane
condicon, Not able to Support themselves, and altogether
destitute of Friends yt. are able to Assist them And that the sd
Mary Monox being now of Age and willing to doe any thing
She can to gett an honest Livelyhood Itt is Ordered by
this Court That the Sume of Fifty pounds Shall be paid and
given to the sd. Mary Monox She giving her Release there for
And That the further Sume of £50: Shall be paid and given to
the sd. Adam Wright< no role > Loe giving a [..] Receipt therefor and
likewise a Bond of the penalty of £100 That the Sd. Sume of
£50 shall be by him laid out and disposed of for the benefitt
of the said John Monox towards his Maintenance, placing him
out an Apprentice , and otherwise as the said Adam Wright< no role > ,
his said Wife, and the sd. Mary Monox Shall think may be
most for his Benefitt And alsoe he the sd. Adam Wright< no role >
Indempnifying these Hosplls and the Governrs. thereof agst. all Demands,
whatsoever to be made by the sd. John Monox the Infant or any othr
the Heires Execrs: or Adminrs: of the sd Lancellott Monox< no role > on any
prtence wtsoever. And further Incase of the death of the sd John
Monox That he the sd. Adam Wright< no role > his Execrs. or Adminrs (If the
sd. Mary Monox be then liveing) Shall & will pay wt. of the sd
£50 & the produce thereof (after all Charges deducted) shall be in
his or their Hands unto the sd. Mary Monox.
