in their Orriginall Leases thereof This Comittee are of Opinion
That the same be forthwith Pulled downe or in case of refusall
That they shall be Psecuted according to Lawe

And further That the Doore in ye. passage into Salisbury Court out
of Bridewell Precinct shall be Shutt up by the Porter of this
Hospll: or his man in the Months of October and November at
6 o clock in the Evenings In December and Janry at 5: a
clock in the Evenings and in February & March at 6: a
clock in the Evenings And during the other 6 Months
the same shall be shutt up at 8: a clock in the Evenings And
That the same shall be opened from Lady day to Michas
at 5 o clock in the Mornings & from Michas to Lady
day at 7 a clock in the Mornings

And that a Doore shall be made at King Edward Staires in
the sd. precinct wth Spikes at the topp in Such Manner as the
last menconed doore is made And that the same shall
be opened and shutt at the same hours as are Appointed
concerning the sd. last menconed doore

"And this Comittee being Informed by the Chappel wardens of
this Hospll.& precinct That the Sd Hospll. and precinct are
Indebted to the Raker and for keeping their Poore (who have
all or mop of them come out of this Hospll. in £13: 10s: wch
was left unpaid by one Glover the late Chappel warden
there who removed into another parish & had nothing
of their money in his hands which said Sume (haveing
not poores rate) they are noe ways able to raise And
therefore pray that the same may be discharged by
this Hospll: which this Comittee think fitt to comply wth
And that Mr. Trear doe pay and discharge the same
"accordingly to be Allowed Mr. Trear in his next Accot:
And further This Comittee are of Opinion That the Back
doores into Salisbury Court in the houses of Mr: Broome
Mr. Wallis & Mr. Godman in the sd. Precinct are very
Inconvenient And that the same be Stopt up wth. Bricks
as Speedily as may be

And further That (in Order to bring the said Precinct into ye:
Reputation it has formerly had) all Landlords of houses
in the sd. Precinct who have any Inmates of ill Fame or
are likely to become Chargeable to the said precinct
shall be psecuted there for according as the Law directs
with all Convenient Speed.
