Upon the humble Petition of Wm: Bennett< no role > of the parish of
St. Martins in the Fields in the County of Middlx vintner For a
Lease in his owne name of the Goat Taverne near Charing
Cross for the Residue of the Terme now to come therein being
about Eleaven yeares And it appearing That these Wm. Bennett
hath purchased the Interest of Mr. Wm Baker< no role > who was the
Hosplls. tenant of the pr. mrs. who hath Assigned the Same to the
Peticonr. Itt is Ordered by this Court That upon Surrendr.
of the said former Lease A New one Shall be granted to the said
Wm. Bennett< no role > for the Residue of ye Sd. Terme under the like Recd
& Covt. as in the for Mr. Lease

of the weekly paymt: of Five Shillings for the keeping of George

above Six months at the Sd. Charge tho he has nothing of his own
to contribute thereto but is kept by the Sd. Elizth. King< no role > his Mother
who had SixotherChildren besides the Said Lunatick to
provide for & being in a low Condicon in the world the is altogethr.
unable to continue the Said weekly charge [..] s: whereupon
Itt is Ordered by this Court That Security being given to pay
Two Shillings & Six pence a week for the keeping the Said Lunatick
in the Sd. Hospll. for the future That thrn the same shall be reced And
the Bond for paymt. of 5s. a week shall be delivrdd. up to be cancelled

Hospll. and Since made a Freeman of this Citty by the approbacon
of this Courtis SettLoath taken part of a Hlb/>in three tun Alley & is Sett up our himselfe in his trade of a Glover
and hath the Character of an honest carefull Man and a good
husband Itt is Ordered by this Court That Mr. Trear doe
give & pay unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts of Mr Locks gift
the better to Enable him to manage his Sd. Trade To be allowed
Mr. Trear in his next Account.
