The Clerke of these Hosplls. Informing this Court That Henry Pawlett< no role >
a Lunatick in the Hospll. of Bethlem who was taken in at 3s: a week
and has there remained abt. 27. yeares at that rate has lately as
considerable Estate fallen to him, and that the Right honoble. the Lord
Chancellor is about Granting the custody of the said Lunatick and his
Estate Itt is Ordered That the said Clerk doe preferr a petition to
his Lordspp in the name of the Governrs. of the sd. hospll That considracon.
may be had of the great charge the said Hospll. hath been at in the
Maintenance of the sd Lunaticke And That he advise therein wth: Thomas
Bendlowes< no role > Esqr . Councellor at Lawe one of the Governors of these
