Esqr . (Trear of these hosplls.) Mr. Depty. Gardnier Mr. Rouse Mr. Depty.
Fazakerley Capt. Phillipps Mr. Depty. Gwinn & Leivt. Collll: Genew
being a Comittee appointed by an Order of Court of the 30th: of Aprill
last To Consider of the Petition of within Kellett (Execr. of the last
will and Testamt. of within Dickenson late apothecary of Bethlem
Hospll. deced) touching the Allowance and passing of severall bills
for physick delivered to the Servants of Bethlem Hospll: & to the
apprentices prisoners & Beadles of the Hospll. of Bridewell which
had not been for diverse Yeares passed by the ordinary Comittees
for want of a settled Method for the same That the sd. Comittee upon
Consideracon of the matter of the sd. Petition and of the Legacy of
£60: left by the sd. within Dickenson to the said hospll. of Bethlem
Are of Opinion That of the Bills for Bethlem hospll. for the underservts
there Amounting to £18:18s:5d: and the Bills for Bridewell hospll. for
the Apprentices Prisoners & Beadles amounting to £12:8s:9d: in all
£31:7s:2d: Thirty pounds be paid or allowed to the Execrs. of the sd. Mr
Dickenson But that the Bills of the Steward of Bridewell amounting
to £1:3s:6d: and of the Porter of Bethlem amounting to £14:9s: be left
to the Consideracon of this Court And further That the sd. Legacy of
£60: be appropriate and applyed to the wardrobe of Bethlem hospll:
pursueant to the Desire of the Testator signifyed before his death
to Mr. Depty. Fazakerley This Court weighing and Considring
the prmes. doe Confirme the sd. Report and Order the same to be
Observed accordingly And Itt is hereby Referred to the same
Comittee To Consider what Servants or other persons of both the
sd. hospll. are proper and fitt to have Physick and Assistance
from the Phisitian Apothecary and Surgeon of these hosplls. att the
Charge thereof And of a method or Standing Rule to be observed
for the future as to the Authorizing the Administracon of
physick and Assistance to such persons and the passing the bills
for the same And That they doe Report their Opinion therein to this
Court

Hospll: of Bethlem Itt is Ordered That his aforesaid Bill as alsoe the
Bill of the Steward of Bridewell hospll. aforesaid and what is fitt
to be allowed thereof be Referred to the Consideracon of the same
Comittee

Gratuityes


Also Upon the humble Petition of the Four Beadles and Porters
man of the hospll of Bridewell For their usuall Gratuityes of Twenty
Shillings a peice in respect of the halfe yeare Ending at Michas last
and alsoe Twenty shillings a peice more For that all manner of
provisions continue very deare & they have all of them Familyes
