This Court takeing into consideracon the proposall of
Isabell

part of an Alley in Old Bethlem

whose Lease
expired at Xmas last togeather with three other Front houses and
the other part of the same Alley which she the said Isabell Finch
holds by Lease from the Hospll of Bethlem
and of which there are six
Yeares and a Quarter to come and for the rebuilding the same And
Mr Trear and divers of the Comittee of the said Hospll who had rewed the
said houses giveing an account of the Condicon thereof This Court came
to an agreement with the said

the termes followeing (vizt:) To lett her a Lease of the prmrs for Forty Six
Yeares from Midsummer next at Sixty pounds Fine to be paid on the
Sealing her Lease and Twenty Four pounds P Ann [being the old Rent]
She to have halfe a Yeares Rent of Stokes homes (vizt:) Six pounds
Allowed her for her time in building: And to build in Three or Four Yeares
time at longest Six Front houses of brick and Timber of Scan things
according to the Second rate of building directed by the Act of Parliament
for the rebuilding of the Citty of London. To which Termes the said Isabell
Finch agreed and gave a Guinea to the poors Box
Beadles Gratuities
Alsoe upon the humble Peticon of the Four Beadles and Porters man
of the Hospll of Bridewell
for their usuall gratuities of Twenty Shillings a
piece in respect of the halfe Yeare ending at Lady day last And alsoe for
Twenty Shillings a piece more for that all manner of Provicons
continue very Deare and they have all Family & To maintaine
This Court upon Consideracon of the prmrs doth think fitt and soe Order
That Mr Trear doe give and pay unto them Twenty Shillings a piece
for their usuall gratuities And alsoe for this halfe Yeare Twenty Shillings
piece more in regard to the dearnesse of all manner of Provicon to be allowed
