This Court taking into Consideration the Reference
touching Mrs. Monox and being informed that she has
named John Cressett< no role > Esqr . to be her Referree or Arbitrator
on her part doe Consent and Agree that the matters in
Difference betweene these Hospitalls and the Said Mrs.
Monox be Sumitted to Sr. Bartholomew Shore (formerly
named on behalf of these Hospitalls) and the said Mr.
Cressett and to abide their Determination the said Mrs.
Monox entring into bond to Doe the like And it is recomended
by this Court to Sr . Gabriel Roberts< no role > Mr. Jenks and Mr. Turbfield
or nay two of them to Manage the said Reference on the
part of these Hospitalls

Dinner


Also It is Ordered That the Artsmasters of the Hospll.
of Bridewell be allowed four pounds for a Dinner on
the next election day as has been usuall

to Bethlem at

Also upon the humble Peticon of Thomas Samborne< no role >
praying that his wife Martha Samborne< no role > may be continued
in the Hospll. of Bethlem at 2s: 6d. a weeke which is
paid by the said Petitr. (as he alledgeth) out of an
Allowance made to him (being poor and Disabled to worke)
by the parish of Chatham in Kent And if appearing to
this Court that the said Lunatick is maintained at the
Charge of the said Parish. It is Ordered That the said
parish Doe give security for the Payment of Five Shillings
a weeke for the future and when that is done This
Court will Consider whether they will accept the Arrears
at 2s: 6d. P weeke and to what time.

Annuity


Also this Court taking Notice of a greate arrease of
and Annuity of £10. a yeare heretofore Devised by
William Penoyer< no role > Esqr . to the Hospitall of Bethlem
And Mr. Samuel Crisp< no role > (one of the Governors of these Hospitalls)
Court That by reason of the fall of Rents the Estate the Sd.
Mr. Penoyer left for the payment of the said Annuity among
other things does not amount to pay neer the Sumes thereon
charged This Court doth desire the said Mr. Crisp to give
a Particular Accompt thereof writing to the next
Court

due to the Hospitall of Bethlem from John Carter< no role > late
Steward thereof and upon reading the Reports of the
Comittee of the said Hospitall Formerly made concerning
the same This Court doth Order the Clerke of these
Hospitalls to make further Inquiry in what condicon
