George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the
Faith and so forth To the Sheriff of Middlesex Greeting we Command you that you cause
to be called George Barrington< no role > This name instance is in set 525. late of the parish of Saint Martin in the fields in your
County Labourer from County Court to County Court until according to the Law and Customs of England
the said George Barrington< no role > be Outlawed if he doth not Appear and if he doth Appear then that you
take him and safely keep him so that you have his Body before our Justices assigned to keep
the peace in your County and also to hear and determine divers felonies Trespasses and other
Misdemeanours commited in the same County at the General Session of the Peace to be holden for
your County next after the first day of February next ensuring to answer us concerning a certain
Felony whereof he stands Indicted and upon which you yourself now Return that the said George
Barrington
< no role > is not found in your Bailwick and have you then there this Writ Witness William
Mainwaring
< no role > Esquire at the Session House for the said County the Tenth day of September
in the Twenty Seventh Year of our Reign

if he shall be found in your Balwick and him safely keep so that you have his Body before
our Justices assigned to keep the peace in your County and also to hear and determine divers
felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanours committed in the same County at our General
Session of the peace to be holden for the County aforesaid [..] the first day of February
next ensuring to answer us concerning a certain Felony whereof he stands Indicted and if you
cannot find the said George Barrington< no role > in your Bailiwick that then you cause
Proclamation publickly to be made in your Open County Court and at the General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for your County and at the Door of the Church of the parish
where he is an Inhabitant according to the form of the Statute in such Case made and from
that he be before our said Justices at the said General Session of [..] the peace to be holden for
the County aforesaid next after the said first day of February next ensuring to answer as
concerning the Premises and have you then there this Writ Witness William Mainwaring< no role >
Esquire at the Session House for the said County the Tenth day of September in the
Twenty Seventh Year of our Reign
