The Deft. Wm. Green the Younger was Apprehended by Warrts. under the Hand
and Seal of David Wilmot< no role > Esqrs our of his Majestys Justices of the prays for the sd. County
upon the Application of Jacob Schlumberger one of the [..] of the above
parish and Defts. before the sd. Magistrate produced a Bond executed by the
sd. Wm. Green the Younger Wm. Green< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. the Elder & a Henry Bishop< no role > and the Bishops
being not known to the Officers & also that it appeared to be a Bond after
birth and bearing date before the said Sarah pennoch< no role > was delivered the
same was refused by the Officers of the sd. parish the sd Bond beingand which wasirregular
when the Magistrate took a Recognizance for the personal Appearance of
the sd. Wm. Green the Younger at this present Quarter Session of the peaces
Since the taking of the above Recognizance and also since the delivery of
the sd. Sarah pennoch the sd. Female Bastard Child is [..] dead and the
sd. Wm. Green the Younger has applied to the Officers and to the Philip James May< no role > This name instance is in set 1528. the Vestry Clock
of the sd. Parish of sd. Matthew the [..] green for a Bill of the disbursmt. touching the lying in of the sd. Sarah pennoch
and attended at Hicks Hall on Saturday the 18th. of this Instant July
and was informed by the sd. Vestry Clock that on Monday the 20th. Instant
was the day fixed on for the withdrawing of Recognizances and that he
wod. meet the sd. Wm. Green the Younger and he deced Schlumberger
the Overseer of the sd. parish on Monday the sd. 20th. Instant in order to settld
the Expences of the sd. parish to which the sd. Wm. Green the Younger attested
toThat the sd. Jacob Schlumberger and the sd. Philip James May< no role >
the Vestry Clerk hath attended at Hicks Hall on the sd 24th. day of July and that the Sd. Wm. Green
the Younger hath not attended or any other person for him to satisfy and
pay the Expences of the sd. parishIt is therefore derived and petition
for and on the behalf of the sd. parish of Sd. Matthew Bethnal Green
by the sd. Jacob Schlumberger< no role > the Overseer of the sd. parish that the
Recognizance of the sd. Wm. Green the Younger may be respited and
stand over until the next General Session of the peace to answer
unto the Complaint of the sd. Jacob Schlumberger the Overseer of the sd.
