MIDDLESEX .


At the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjournment) on Thursday-the Ninteenth
Day of May-in the fourteenth-Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc. Before Sir John Hawkins< no role > Knight,
Benjamin Cowley< no role > , John Walford< no role > , John Spencer Colepeper< no role > Esqrs,
and others their Fellows Justices of one said Lord the King
Assigned to keep he Peace in the County aforesaid and also
to hear and determine divers felonies trespasses and other
misdemeanors committed in the same County

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Pance [..]
in the County of Middlesex Did at the last General Quarter Session of the Peaceto be
held in and for the said County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth that
by virtue of an Order of Removal under the hands and seals of R. Butler and Sampr.

Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twelfth day of
January then last past Elizabeth Briden< no role > This name instance is in set 452. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . Singlewoman was removed from the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Pancras adjudging the last legal
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Briden to be in the said Parish of Saint Pancras
Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which said Appeal stood
adjourned unto this day Now at this present Session It is Ordered that the said
Appeal be by and with the Cowsent of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Clements Danes and the same is hereby allowed and
the said Order of Removal is hereby Vacated and set aside And It is further
Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Pancras of forthwith convey and deliver back the said Elizabeth Briden (together with
a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
parish of Saint Clement danes to some or one of them who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Elizabeth Briden until they can free themselves
from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law
