Who being sworn and Examined Says that on the 22 o. of October
Instant at Twelve of the Clock at Night, She was sent for by
Mary Sullivan< no role > and Sarah Clark< no role > to Casle Court near Long Acre
in order to being the said Mary Sullivan< no role > from the Company
of Henry Wilcocks< no role > , who was Suborning the sd. [..]
Sullivan to become an Evidence for him in the Court
of Kings, Bench against Sevl. Magistrates against
whom the sd. Wilcocks intended to Complain of for
Comitting him to prison, And as Soon as the Said
Wilcocks Saw her this Examt. he imediatly pretended
that this Examt. robbed him the said Wilcocks of
Eleven Guineas and a half, and in this Examts.
presence heard the said Wilcocks say to said
Sullivan, Molly My Dear, Joyn with me against
that Bitch Meaning that Examt. & Swear along with
me that She Meaning Examt. robbed sd. Wilcocks
of Eleven Guineas & a half, & I'l put her to
Newgate Meaning, this Examt. to that She is in
great Danger of her life of sd. Wilcocks, how that
he wil procure Some Evidence to Swear her life
Away, unless he be timely prevented, and the-
said Wilcocks after Coming out of sd. house & finding
said Sullivan wod not Come into his Measures, & before
the watch cod come to her relief, took hold of, this Examt.
by the throat, & endeavoured to pul out of her windpipe
& Strangled this Examt. for a Considerable time, & gave
her Sevl. colent Blows against her Sides which very
Much hurt her, & while he was bealing her in ye Manner
aforesd. he often expressed, She Meaning this Examt. shod never
speak one word More, & if the Watchman did not Come to her
Assistance, said Wilcocks wod kill her, & Declared he wod
