Middlesex to wit

The Information of Diana Dietz of No 236 in
Oxford Street Spinster and John Labar< no role > , taken
before me this 22nd. day of March 1780 .

Who being on Oath say and first the said Diana Dietz for herself
says that on Thursday the 3rd. day of February last her Father's
house in Oxford Street aforesaid was robbed of divers Articles
of wearing Apparell by some Person or Persons who entered
in at the One pair of stairs Window Says that two Shifts,
one pocket [..] and a Handkerchief, now produced
are this Informants property and are a part of the Things
so stolen as aforesaid. And said John Labar< no role > says that
on Saturday last he found the before mentioned Things now
produced in the Apartments of a Person now present who
calls himself William Bagnell< no role > in Whites Alley Chancery Lane ,
the said Bagnell's Wife being present
