The Several Information of John Loman< no role >
John Hughes< no role > Richard Burry< no role > and Benjamin Powell< no role >
taken the 1 [..] th day of March 1788

Who upon their Oaths severally say and first the said John Loman< no role > for
himself saith that last night about eight o'Clock he saw one Frances Clarke< no role > at
a Door in Parkers Lane that he went up stairs with her to her Room, that he
sent for a Quartern of Gin which after they had drank he sent for a Quart of Hot
that before they had drank it Clarke introduced one Charlotte Walker< no role > This name instance is in set 1436. and then
went away, that Walker and him then sat down on the bed and soon afterwards
he lay back on the Bed as he found himself inclined to sleep that about an
hour afterwards he fell a hand in his pocket on which he started up and saw
Walker go out of the room, he then searched in Breeches Pocket and perceived one of
them was cut down by the side and Seven Guineas and half in Gold and 3s/6d in
Silver taken out that he put his hand to the feb and found his watch was gone
he then went down Stairs and into Drury Lane where he met two Patrols that
he informed them he was robbed and where, when they went with him and
searched several Rooms in the house but found neither of the Girls, that in
the room where he was robbed he found a pair of Gloves and a Whips which
he swears to be his property, that he then went with the Patrols to the Sugar
Loaf in King Street where they found the before mentioned Woman drinking Gin
that they were then by the Patroles put in the Watch house

John Hughes< no role > Patrole for himself says that last night between the hours of twelve
and one the Prosecutor John Lomax< no role > met him and his Partner in Duny
Lane , and said he was robbed in a home in a Parkers Lane of about eight Guineas and
a Silver Watch on which they went to the said house and searched several
room but found neither if the Girls, that in the room where the robbery was
committed was found a pair of Gloves and a whip which the Prosecutor
Swear to be his property that they then when in search of the said Charlotte
Walker
< no role > and Francis Clarke< no role > and after some time searching found then at the
Sayar Soaf in King Street when they took them and put im in the
Watch House
