WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Alhallows London Wall in the said City
London, That John Frances< no role > is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said John Frances< no role > as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said John Frances< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
in the said City of London
and that thither to he ought by Law to be Sent.

quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Alhallows London Wall
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said John
Francis
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
saint Dionis Back Church in the said City of London
And him deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for him according to Law. Given under our
