And Mr: Spackman was Directed on the Behalf
of the Parish to Request Henry Hankey< no role > Esqr one of the
Aldermen of the City of London Mr. James Marriner< no role >
Mr Daniel Quarterman & Mr. Richard White< no role > (the
Surviving Feoffes) to Convey the Premisses unto the
said new Feoffees In Trust for the Parish and
Ordered the Conveyance to be gott ready accordingly.

The Pavemt. at ye. East End of
of Church ordered to be repaired

Then Mr: Church Warden Spackman represented that
the Pavement at the East End of the Church was
very Ruinous & wanted a thorough Repair & desired
the Consent of this Vestry to Repair the Same. And
the Question being Putt on the said Motion it was
Carryed in the Affirmative Nem: Con: and the said
Church Warden was Impowered to repair the Same
Accordingly.

A Sextoness desired to be
Chosen.

Then Mr Church Warden Spackman desired the
Gentlemen present to proceed to a Choice of a Sexton
for this Parish in the Room of Mrs. Smith deced.

A Petition on ye. Behalf of
Sarah Godwin< no role > .

Whereupon Mr James Phillips< no role > presented a Petition
in Behalf of Sarah Godwin< no role > Widdow (an Inhabitant of
this Parish) Praying to be Admitted Sextoness. in
the Room of Mrs. Smith deceased

Ordered to be read.

Ordered That the said Petition be now read and
The Same was read accordingly.

Mr Tirrell moved That ye. Persons
to be Chosen sexton or sextoness
[..] held ye. office but for ye. Remar:
of this year & for ye. Time to Come to
[..] chosen Annually in Easter week
it passed in the Negative.

After Some Debate Mr Tirrell moved that the Vestry
(before they proceeded to a Choice) would come to the
following Resolution (Vizt.) That the Person to be
Chosen Sexton or Sextoness should hold the office but
for the Remainder of this Year. and for the Time to.
