This Court being Informed That Severall Debate
have arisen relateing to the Eleccon of a Prsidt. Trear
and Officers of these Hosptls for the prvencon whereof
for the Future this Court Doth Order and Declare that
all Govosr as well Unfreemen as Freemen of the City of
London have an Equall Right of Eleccon in chooseing
Prsidt. Trear Govosr & Fluers and other Psons into those
Hosptls and do therefore Order That the sd. Declaracon
be made a Standing Order of this Court and
