Hospital had appealed to the Commissioners<lb></lb>
who had affirmed the rate upon Which the<lb></lb>
Clerk had demanded a Case to be stated for the<lb></lb>
opinion of the Judges.But upon full<lb></lb>
consideration of the case and being informed that the<lb></lb>
other Royal Hospitals had submitted to the duty<lb></lb>
we determined it to be proper the Hospital<lb></lb>
should submit thereto.</p>
