Certain inconveniencies appearing to us to<lb></lb>
have a risen from the resolution of the Committee<lb></lb>
of the 15th. of January 1783 respecting the<lb></lb>
number of dressers to be taken by the Surgeons<lb></lb>
before they take Apprentices.</p>

resolution be varied so that each Surgeon<lb></lb>
