Mr: Treasurer has seen both yor: last Letters &<lb></lb>
consents to yor. Method of securing the Arrears of Rent due from the<lb></lb>
Ellisley Tenants, since there is no easier way. But as the London<lb></lb>
Workhouse has an equal Right in that Estate Mr Treasurer<lb></lb>
has directed yor. Letters to be laid before the Govrs: of that house<lb></lb>
& I am promised their Answer in a fortnits time which I will<lb></lb>
take care to send you.</p>

it was time to let you know that the Money is not paid yet; of wch:<lb></lb>
you will take Notice & direct the paymt: of it forthwith.</p>
