The further Report of the Committee appointed to Consider the allegation
Contained in or petition delivered by Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. Contractor for Conwaying
Vagrants on though out of his County and all other Conceive leaves
relative to the passing to Vagrants as they might think proper

Your Committee Report That having taken into Consideration
the Order of reference to them made relative to the Passing of Vagrants
they have called before them Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. The Contractor for
Conveying Vagrants in through and out of this County and upon
the fullest and strictest investigation whick they have been able to
make into this Subject, they find that the following is a true
statement or Account of the member of Vagrants passed in
through and out of this County from [October Session 1775 1782 to
October Session 1785 distinguishing the Numbers passed from
the City of London from those passed from the other parts of
England.

That your Committee having interregated the said Contractor as to
the Cause to which he attributed the great increase of Vagrants
he replied that he thought the same arose from the case with
which passes were obtained from the Magistrates of the City of
