The Information of John Waldgarave< no role > & Thomas
Hughes
< no role > taken before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being severally on Oath say & first this Jus. John Waldagres
for himself saith that yesterday in the afternoon this Jus discovered
to have been stole from him Two Quart Potts a Pint a half
pint Pott a Pewter Dish & a Plote and this Jus being last
night Informed thattaketwo Women & a Man now present that
call them whtes Thomas Gates< no role > , Ann Parker< no role > , and Elizth. Parker< no role > were apprehanded
(with sender pewter Potter upon Suspcion of sealing the same he this Jus. then
found all the aforesaid Potts Plate & dish upon the sd. Thomas
Ann & Elizth. And this Jus further saith that he well rememberis
that the sd. Thomas ann & Elizth were at the house of this
Jus and had one Pluf of Beer there about Two in the afterman
of the same day And this Jus Thomas Hughes< no role > for himself
saith that yesterday Mong. the sd. Thomas gates< no role > , Ann and
Elizth were at the house of the Jus in Market Law St James &
had four Pints of Beer there and the Juf being the Mong
Informed that some people were apprehended with some Pewter
he this Juf. came to see the same & then found the sd. Thomas
Ann & Elizth. and on them a Quart & Two Plates which are his
Property and these Jus. further say that they verily bell
that the sd. Petts Plates & Dish now Produced were stole
from these Juss. houses by them the sd Thames Ann
and Elizabeth
