his Trial forthwith, this Sessions, Which Justice he has been<lb></lb>
hither to defeated of by indirect and very undue Practices<lb></lb>
of Persons whose Duty is the Contrary.</p>

a Rule of this Court to be brought to Trial<lb></lb>
