in making the said Rates And for that the said Rates<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
are made<lb></lb>
for a longer time than is allowed by the said Acts of Parliament And that the<lb></lb>
Petitioners are also advised that the said Rates are partial unequal appressive and<lb></lb>
unjust<del>for that the said Rate are on by made for part of the Parish and</del>
for that each of ye is made but for part of the said Parish for that<lb></lb>
several of the Inhabitants of the said Parish who are Persons of great substance<lb></lb>
and Ability are undercharged in the said Rates and that several other Inhabitants of<lb></lb>
the said Parish of less substance are over assessed in the said Rates And that the<lb></lb>
Petitioners for the wasous aforesaid are greatly aggrieved by the aforesaid and<lb></lb>
humbly appealed against the same and prayed that the said Rates may be quashed<lb></lb>
and vaceted and that the said Poors Rates may be produced before the said Court<lb></lb>
at such time as the said Court should appoint for the hearing and determining the<lb></lb>
Matter of the said Appeals And whereas by an Order made by the same Court on the<lb></lb>
said <rs type="date" id="LMSMPS50431_date103">fifteenth day of July</rs>

last it was ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of<lb></lb>
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint George should have Notice of the said Appeals<lb></lb>
