Petrs. intended to learn.</p>

for the Space of<lb></lb>
four years and upwards during which time he hath demeaned<lb></lb>
himself as a faithull <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50324_occ88">Servant</rs>

to his said Master and Mistress<lb></lb>
but hath learned very little of the Trade of Stay making his said<lb></lb>
Master knowing nothing of it and his Mistress very unskilful<lb></lb>
in the Business and your Petr. hath been very little Employed<lb></lb>
in the Trade but hath been chiefly employed in doing the Work<lb></lb>
of the house and going on Errands they keeping no Servant And<lb></lb>
more over hath been kept very Short of Victuals and been unmerci-<lb></lb>
-fully beaten by his sd. Master without any just Cause. The<lb></lb>
Marks of whose ill usage are still to be seen upon him.</p>
<p n="297">That your Petr. hath causally lost that part of the said<lb></lb>
Writing-given by the Master and Mistress</p>
<p n="298">May it therefore Please your Worships<lb></lb>
to Order the said Master to Attend your<lb></lb>
Worships with the Indenture or Writing<lb></lb>
and for the reasons aforesaid to discharge<lb></lb>
your Petr. of such his sd. Apprenticeship</p>
