and also to heare & determne divers felonys trespasses &

Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the hamlet of Bothnall Green in this
County against an Order under the hands & seales of Nathaniel

for the said County (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date

were removed from the Parish of St. Leonard shoreditch
in this County to the said hamlet of Bethnall Green
as the Place
of their last legal settlement, and whither by Law they ought to
be sent, And Upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel
for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Sd. Parish of
St. Leonard Shoreditch
and also by Councel for the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the said hamlet of Bethnall Green
This Court doth disallow of the said appeale, and doth ratify &
confirm the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the peace,
and the same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly,
